A Message To Our Clients Regarding Covid-19
During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking additional steps to make sure everyone can stay healthy and safe.
It is very important that you inform us in advance if you are unwell, or show symptoms of COVID-19 and please do not visit if any of the following apply to you:
you have developed a fever, cough and other flu-like symptoms
you have recently returned from overseas and have not self-isolated
you have been diagnosed with COVID-19
you have been in close proximity with someone you know to have been diagnosed with COVID-19
Unfortunately, due to strict public health requirements, we are unable to serve anyone who is unwell or in self-isolation. We will of course treat this information confidentially and will be happy to reschedule your appointment for another time.
What MOXAPY is doing?
You might also like to know about the measures Moxapy has taken to manage the risks of exposure to COVID-19 when a client visits. These include:
Staff are regularly sanitizing hands before and after contact with a client
Staff are disinfecting equipment and surfaces used in each session
All clients are asked to wash their hands with soap and water upon arrival and hand sanitizer is also available for before and after their session
General sanitization is maintained throughout the premise
What you can do...
It is important for us to be able to continue to provide our regular service to you and your family at this time.
Please help us to manage the risks to the health and safety of our staff by cooperating with the measures we have outlined above. Do the same things for us that you are doing to keep your own family and friends healthy and well. This includes frequent handwashing, covering your nose and mouth when you need to cough or sneeze with the crook of your arm or clean tissue and observing rules for physical distancing.
